The BRVM's third compartment
The BRVM's third compartment, called 'BRVM Small Caps', aims to offer SMEs and high-growth-potential companies access to long-term capital, to accelerate their growth and make them champions of the sub-region's economies.
Eligibility conditions
- Have the legal status of a public limited company (S.A.)
- Have a minimum share capital of 10 million FCFA (15,000 euros)
- Have certified financial statements for the two years preceding the application
- Produce a three-year business plan
- Float a minimum of 500,000 shares, i.e. at least 10% of the share capital
- Have signed a contract with a listing sponsor
- Shareholders holding at least 10% commit to maintaining their stake for 3 years
